Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care.
Blush Beauty Room does not issue refunds on any of the services we provide. However, should you have any questions or concerns about a service you have received with us, please notify us within two (2) days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the provider who performed the initial service. These adjustments are complimentary only with in two (2) days of the initial service. Any day-of cancellation made for a complimentary adjustment will forfeit their complimentary service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules change! We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment; cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. "No Shows" will be charged the full amount of the service.
